Abstract

|
|
3´,4´-Dideoxykanamycin B, a naw synthetic derivative of kanamycin, was given intramuscularly to 29 patients with various infections; 9 with respiratory tract infection, 10 with urinary tract infection, 6 with hepato-biliary, infection, and 4 with others:including typhoid fever. The excellent and good effect was obtained 26 of 29 patie nts, the of effectivity rate being 89.6%. No side effects or renal damages were observed.
